Intrepid Quantity Surveying Inc. (IQS) was founded in 2012 by Michael Shackell, and it started with a vision for personalized consulting. IQS quickly grew to become a trusted provider of project monitoring services for top-tier banks and credit institutions. We are recognized by major lending institutions and collaborate closely with the brokerage and development community, aiding clients in establishing budget benchmarks for financing and cost management.
Rooted in a hands-on approach, we look forward to committing to excellence in serving our clients.
